When you connect Auric to Apple Health (via HealthKit) or Google Fit, we may access and process certain health-related data. This may include:

How we use this data

We use this information only to:

Display your real-time heart rate during rituals
Track changes over time to personalise your Auric experience with tailored ritual recommendations
Help you measure relaxation, stress, sleep, and mindfulness progress

Data handling

Health Data is used solely within the Auric app to provide wellness recommendations.
We do not use Health Data for advertising, marketing, or third-party analytics.
Health Data is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
You may revoke access to Health Data at any time via the Apple Health app, Google Fit app, or the Auric Settings menu.
